Automatic collection. When you access the Website, our server automatically collects the following personal information:

- The browser you use (Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, etc.) ;
- Your operating system (Windows, Mac OS, etc.) ;
- The domain name of your Internet service provider ;
- The date and time of your visit to the Website;

a. Right to withdraw your consent :
Subject to applicable law and contractual obligations, you may withdraw or change your consent to the use or disclosure of your personal information.
To do so, you may send a written request to our Privacy Officer at the address indicated in section 14 of this Privacy Policy. When submitting a withdrawal of consent, you will be asked to provide appropriate identification or otherwise identify yourself.
However, if you withdraw your consent to certain uses or disclosures of your personal information, we may no longer be able to provide you with certain products and/or services or the quality of our products and/or services may be affected. We will inform you of the consequences of your choice before accepting your request to withdraw consent.
b. Right of access and rectification :
You have the right to consult, rectify or update your personal information by submitting a written request to the Privacy Officer at the address indicated in section 14 of this Privacy Policy. In the event that a request is forwarded to H.P. Hydraulique, it will be dealt with promptly.
In addition, H.P. Hydraulique will inform you what personal information has been collected about you and will provide you with access to that information by sending you a copy, if applicable. In the event that H.P. Hydraulique is unable to provide access to certain personal information that has been collected, H.P. Hydraulique will inform you of the reasons why and the recourse available to it in such a case.

In addition, as of September 22, 2024, you have the right to request a copy of your personal information in a structured and commonly used technological format, by submitting a written request to the Privacy Officer at the address indicated in section 14 of this Privacy Policy.

In some cases, you may ask us to restrict the dissemination of your personal information. Under this right, you can prevent us from disseminating your personal information, or ask us to de-index a hyperlink attached to your name allowing access to personal information, when the dissemination of this information (i) contravenes the law or a court order or (ii) causes serious harm to your right to respect for your reputation or privacy.
10. How do we protect your personal information?
H.P. Hydraulic uses stringent security measures to protect personal information under its care and control against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized disclosure, copying, use, modification or access. The measures we take are physical, organizational and technological. Our employees are aware of the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of personal information.
